Steamed Garlic Prawns Vermicelli
Steamed garlic prawns with vermicelli is a tasty dish with little preparation. Using Le Creuset’s cast iron buffet casserole to steam, your meal will be ready in 5 minutes. This waterless method can be used to steam fish and chicken as well. Follow my recipe to learn how to make this classic dish.
Ingredients
100g vermicelli noodles (Pre soaked 30mins)
7 white prawns
2 fresh scallops (optional)
3 Squids (optional)
2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
8 cloves minced garlic (chopped)
1 tsp ginger (chopped)
1 fresh chilli (minced)
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar
3 dashes white pepper
5 tbsp water
1 cap shao xing wine
