Ingredients

  • 4 Egg Whites

  • 1 tsp Vinegar

  • 120g Fine Sugar

  • 4 Egg Yolks

  • 120g Plain Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 30g canola Oil

  • 40g Fresh Orange Juice.

  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest

  • Pan Size: 7” round pan

  • Oven Temperature: 150°C for 35 minutes
