Red Velvet and Chocolate Marble Cake

This cake recipe swirls delicious vanilla, chocolate and red velvet cake batters that bake into a tender, moist and decadent loaf cake. Wishing all love birds a Happy Valentine’s Day!

Ingredients

  • 150g unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • 150g sugar

  • 4 medium eggs

  • 2 1/2 cups flour

  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • A pinch of salt

  • ¼ cups milk

  • Vanilla Batter

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Chocolate Batter

  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp milk

  • Red velvet Batter

  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp red food colouring

  • 1 tsp milk
