Mee Sotong Rebus
Course: NoodlesCuisine: MalaysianDifficulty: 4/5Mee rebus is one of the many noodles dishes popular in Malaysia. It is yellow noodles served with a thick spicy potato-based gravy and garnished with a hard-boiled egg, spring onions, fried shallots, tau kwa (dried/ fried beancurd) and bean sprouts. In my version, I’m adding chili squid (sotong) and replacing the tau kwa with prawn fritters (cucur udang).
