Grilled Lobster in Spicy Garlic Butter Sauce

Quickly stored in the freezer and only started to cook 2 days later. The spicy garlic butter sauce I prepared was not too overwhelming, as we can still taste the natural sweetness of the lobster. I grilled it using my Panasonic Cubie Oven which was hassle-free or if you are using conventional oven, it is recommended to use 180 degC for 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- Sauce
2 lobsters 300-400gm
3 shakes pepper
1 shake salt
1 tsp of Chili powder
70g salted butter, melted
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp of fresh thyme
Half lemon (juice)
1 tsp of coriander
1 tsp fish sauce
