Wholemeal Milk Bread Recipe
Super Soft Homemade Wholemeal Milk Bread. Pan Size 20 x 12 x 20 (can use bigger pan for nicer proofing)
Ingredients
Wholemeal flour 120g
Water 100ml
Bread flour 350g or more for dusting
Brown sugar 30g
Sea salt 5g
Fresh milk 200ml
Instant yeast 5g
Unsalted butter 40g
Directions
- Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes
