Stir Fry Seafood Yee Mee Recipe
This Cantonese-style stir fry seafood Yee Mee is one of the more popular stir fry noodle dishes here in Penang alongside Char Hor Fun and Hokkien Char. You can easily find it in most hawker centers and food courts. I’m making good use of all the leftover seafood from Chinese New Year to make this delicious Seafood Yee Mee. Making it at home is simple but without the intense heat conditions, you may not be able to get the unique charred aroma and flavour of the “wok hei”.
