Orange Chiffon Cake

1 tsp Vinegar
120g Fine Sugar
4 Egg Yolks
120g Plain Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
30g canola Oil
40g Fresh Orange Juice.
1 tablespoon Orange Zest
Pan Size: 7” round pan
Oven Temperature: 150°C for 35 minutes
