Using the natural color and sweetness of the sweet potato instead of artificial coloring is another plus, making these buns healthier.

Chinese steamed buns are also known as 'mantou' are smooth yet fluffy and usually eaten as they are. Its appearance is plain, so to make it aesthetically more I'm adding some orange colored spirals on the its body with some food coloring.

Japanese Milk Bread Rolls or also referred to as Hokkaido milk bread, these rolls are incredibly soft and fluffy. The texture is quite similar to Hokkaido milk bread using Tangzhong method. If it's not already very visually appealing, I'm adding purple sweet potato to add depth in color and that extra natural sweetness.
